Rafeal at RB

People are making a big deal of Ferguson’s selection of Rafeal de Silva at right back and the potential batch-up with Ronaldinho. I think this just hints that Ferguson plans on making the Brazilian forward well acquainted with Darren Fletcher, who was always going to be important.

Very weird formation. It was a 4-5-1 but Fletcher took the left wing and Nani on the right. Park Ji Sung seemed to play along the line behind Rooney. He was everywhere! If he had been playing the past few weeks he would’ve found that extra spring to get on to end of the through balls.

Rafael did make a huge error at the end, trying to bring the ball out. Milan stole it back and Seedorf.. damn. He’s still got it.

By the way, do you know what caused Carrick to get sent off?

I knew he was on a yellow, but it was Evra that made the clumsy tackle.
