Guti Backheel Assist 2-0 Real Madrid vs. Deportivo La Coruna (via Lavezzi)

The day before their showpiece final in Angola, the Confederation of African Football (Caf) have been indulging in some dark comedy of their own.

And while being equally as idiotic as Blackadder's Lieutenant George, they are also being distinctly unfunny.

In their defence, they are only following procedure. In the same way you might follow procedure once your foot had detonated a mine. That is, in a completely braindead manner.

It could be titled "Togo, More On CAF decision" which is funnier if you read it faster.

Exactly six months ago to the day, USA pulled off this miracle. It's crazy to think that it was that long ago and just as crazy that the US will be back in Rustenburg in a mere 5 months and 21 days to take on England.

No matches will be shown live in North Korea and highlights will be shown if North Korea wins, while losses will be ignored. I'm completely shocked. I figured that Kim Jong-Il would simply report matches as 14-0 wins with him picking up four hole in ones at each halftime.

Admittedly, I don't watch more than one or two soccer matches a week, but this game was a GREAT one. Highlighted by Tim Howard's PK save in stoppage time, Everton worked exceedingly hard for the point. The match also feature some fireworks and serious physical play. All in all, a great example of what makes the EPL fun to watch.
